Shared leads vs a chosen shortlist
On a shared lead you are quoting against people who paid for the same number. On TradieSwap the customer has chosen a shortlist of at most five after seeing who expressed interest. We do not refund a lead because a customer is slow or silent — see the Refund Policy.
Reviews both ways
Reviews open only when the job is marked complete on TradieSwap, and we score both sides — the trade and the customer. The full comparison has the details.
