That is free. Browse jobs in your area and put yourself forward for the ones you want.

Up to 5 trades are selected per job. The fee is shown before you commit, then we share the customer’s contact details.

What you do not pay for
- Posting or viewing jobs — free.
- Expressing interest — free.
- A customer who never selects you — no fee.
- Winning the work — the building contract and payment for the job are between you and the customer, not us.
What we will not do
After details are shared, it is the customer’s job to contact you. We do not chase homeowners. We do not refund a lead because someone is slow, silent or chooses another trade. If the job was fake, already filled, or we sent unusable contact details, see the Refund Policy — claims within 14 days.
Verification
When you join, you upload ID, public liability insurance and qualifications. Files are private. After a pass or fail decision the file itself is deleted — we keep only the status, dates, expiry and who checked it. The Verified badge records checks at the time. It is not a guarantee that the insurance is still valid or that the work will be good. When insurance or a qualification expires, that part of the badge drops until you re-upload.
Reviews
Reviews open only when the job is marked complete on TradieSwap. Customers rate your work and you rate them — one review each side per job, never anonymous. Reviews show the reviewer’s display or business name. See the Reviews Policy.
